And regardless if you’re vaccinated or not, you want to be sure that your immune system is as strong as it could possibly be, so you can be prepared for whatever comes your way.
For some odd reason, politicians and the media aren’t discussing what you could and should be doing to protect yourself.
They aren’t talking about exercise, diet, sunlight and sleep at all.
They actually haven’t said a word about how you can proactively strengthen your immune system and enhance your health.
So I am.
