Today, Kenny is back to talk to you about his incredible event that he puts on every year, Strong New York. An event that teaches people how and why it’s so important for people to get strong, not only physically but mentally and emotionally.

Strong New York offers workouts, competitions and panels of the world’s best fitness pros educating us on a wide variety of topics.

This event raises money for an organization that’s near and dear to Kenny’s heart, The Alzheimer’s Association.
